Loads of flavour; cherry cola and bright red fruits, lavender and lilac, dried oregano and thyme and then the spice, starting with cloves and finishing with nutmeg.

Medium-bodied and juicy without being over bearing or too forward. The herbs and spice drive the finish both in flavour and texture with a crackle and pop to the supple tannins.
