At Cellar Cru, we take shipping seriously because we want to ensure you get your wines the way we would want to receive them.


How will the wine be delivered?

All your wines will come in a specially designed Cellar Cru wine shipping box to keep the precious cargo safe and secure.


What do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 per carton for delivery anywhere in Australia.


Do you ship anywhere in Australia?

Almost! Unfortunately we cannot ship to Northern Territory or Tasmania currently. We also do not deliver to the following postcodes.

Who do we ship with?

Cellar Cru ships with only registered couriers who we trust, including Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.


Do we offer express shipping?

No, all our wines are sold as a ‘pre-order’ therefore we will deliver once the pre-order period is complete and the wines are ready to be shipped.


How long will the delivery take?

It usually takes the following once leaving our ‘cellar’; 2-3 working days for East Coast capitals, 5-10 working days for other metropolitan and regional areas. Delivery may exceed 10 or so days in some country areas.


What happens if I am not home?

No order will be left unattended unless you have asked us to do so. If you would like the courier to leave the order, then please tell us in the delivery instructions clearly stating where the wine delivery should be left. If there is no one home and no instructions were given, the courier will leave a card letting you know to pick the parcel up or get redelivered.


South Australian Liquor Licence Regulations.

For deliveries to South Australia, you agree that: (a) on delivery, the recipient of delivery will be required to (i) sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18 years of age, and (ii) if the recipient looks under 25, provide proof of ID (including photographic identification and date of birth) and the name and date of birth of the recipient will be recorded; and (b) we are instructed to deliver the ordered products to a person at the delivery address provided they meet the "Delivery pre-conditions". Information collected and recorded under this condition will be held for a minimum of 12 months. These are requirements of South Australia's Liquor Licensing Legislation and will apply from 1 July 2019, and if the recipient is unable to comply, we will not be able to complete the delivery. This does not apply to deliveries where you have specifically instructed us to leave the order at an unattended delivery address.
